Fares checked, not guessed
Domestic and international air tickets on all major carriers serving Pakistan. We compare routings, hold fares while your visa is processed, and re-issue or refund when plans change. Group fares for weddings, corporate travel and Umrah parties.
Rooms held, not hoped for
Confirmed hotel vouchers accepted by embassies for visa files, and real bookings for when you actually travel. From Makkah and Madinah hotels near the Haram to city apartments in Istanbul, Dubai, Baku, Kuala Lumpur and London.

Nine times out of ten it is a thin file, an unexplained deposit, or a cover letter that says nothing. Our job is to remove those reasons one by one.
Consular officers are reading for consistency. Does the bank history match the job? Does the itinerary match the leave letter? Does the sponsor exist on paper as clearly as they do in your family? We read the file the way the officer will read it, and we say so plainly when something does not hold up.
We do not sell guarantees and we do not touch fabricated documents. What we offer is a properly built application, submitted on time, with someone available to explain every page in it.
A 20-minute sit-down or call. We look at your passport history, travel record, funds and purpose, then tell you honestly which country is realistic this year.
You get a written checklist tailored to the mission. We review bank statements, employment letters, property papers and sponsorship documents before anything is printed.
Online forms completed with you present, biometrics slot booked at the nearest centre, and a printed submission pack in order of the embassy’s own list.
We accompany or brief you for submission day, then track the application and tell you the moment the passport is ready for collection.

A lump sum landing in your account two weeks before submission raises more questions than it answers. Start the statement early, keep salary credits regular, and be ready to explain any transfer above your monthly income.
Most missions accept a reserved itinerary or a held booking. We issue a confirmed reservation for the file and only ticket it once your passport comes back stamped — which saves the refund fight entirely.
Embassies phone hotels. We book through channels that answer, with the traveller’s name spelled exactly as it appears on the passport, and dates that match the flight itinerary to the day.
In Ramadan and the last ten nights, hotel availability near the Haram disappears long before seats do. Lock the accommodation, then let us shop the fare around it.
Correspondence
My Schengen file had been refused once before. PK Travel rebuilt it from scratch, told me exactly which documents were weak, and the second application came back approved in eleven days.
They held our fare for three weeks while the work permit cleared, then issued four tickets in one afternoon when the passports came back. No panic, no penalty.
Our Umrah group of eighteen needed rooms within walking distance of the Haram. Everything was confirmed, and the transfer was waiting at Jeddah at 3 a.m.
